Chef Fabio is a passionate Mediterranean chef, with 20 years of experience in authentic Italian cuisine and specialities in seafood and pastries. He gained his formal knowledge from the Sicilian school Antonello Da Messina, but he honed his practical skills throughout his professional cooking career spanning the capitals of Europe, USA, and Australia.
His dedication to the culinary craft is evidenced by his successful venture with "La Vucciria" in Sydney that he opened in 2010. After, he moved back to Milan, Italy and then to Miami, Florida and finally now, in San Diego, California.
